“Bought a custom set for the car, nicely embroidered around the edges the same colour as the car. Bought the luxury grade which was about equivalent to the ones supplied with the car After none months I noticed the extra foot pad on the drivers side was just parting where my heel had been resting so I contacted Vehicle Mats UK to purchase another drivers side mat. They replied immediately and said this should have lastedych longer, asked for a picture, then sent replacement mats, although the rest of the mats were sound. I cannot fault the after service and professionalism of this company, as well as the original ordering process through to deliver, as with the replacement mats. I fully recommend their product and service.”
