“Really like my nv200 van mats, rubber with pink edging. Only quibble is that there wasn't an option to buy just the 2 front mats, had to buy one for rear that i don't need. Seemed same across suppliers.”

“mats are good quality and i am happy with the colour scheme that i picked.....look really nice. i would have given 5 star if it wasn't for the fact that whoever cuts the material doesn't realise that there are 2 sides to a vehicle in the back as well as the front.....one of the rear mats was the same as the other, meaning that one mat should have been a mirror image of the other. i decided not to bother returning them as i had problems with the courier service and no one will notice anyway.”

Hi Derek, Thank you for ordering from us. The rear mats are packed face to face, if it appears to be the same as the other side, one mat is still upside down. If you turn the problem mat over, it will fit perfectly. It should have the rubber side down and the carpet side facing up. Kind regards, Chris.

Hi Andrew, Your order was despatched on 12th December 2023 and delivered on 13th December 2023. When the parcel was despatched, email and text notifications were sent (to the email address you contacted us from this morning) to let you know the parcel had been despatched. You would have also received further notifications when the parcel was out for delivery, and again when the parcel was delivered. On 21st December 2023 we sent a follow-up email to check all was okay with the order. We received no response to this. A review request email was sent on 27th December 2023 - We still have not received any contact from you. At no point between you placing the order and today have we received any contact from you at all until this morning. I'm puzzled why you would wait 10 months to contact us through our site to claim a parcel had not been received. You say you have been chasing this since December 2023 - We have had zero contact from you. Can you email me screen shots of the messages you have been sending? Kind regards, Chris.

After contacting the customer, he had received our parcel but was missing a boot liner that had been ordered from China. He had mixed up the two orders.

Hi, Thank you for ordering from us. We do show on our site a 5-7 working day lead time for despatch. Your email chasing the order was on working day 3. The order was due to leave us on 26th August, but left us on 21st August so was delivered to you a week earlier than the estimated delviery date. No 'push' required, the order was already in production and moving ahead of schedule! Kind regards, Chris.

“I recently ordered a set of mats for my FORD Mondeo. Unfortunately, when they arrived the trim colour, which I had ordered as a dark Grey, was virtually Silver. Following a query I received a prompt response, as well as an apology. Despite offering to return them I was told to keep the mats I had and that they would send me a replacement set out which I received in good time. Overall, despite there being a slight issue with the item in the first place, I can't fault the customer service and would reccommend and use again”
