“I would have preferred an email so I could respond with a suitable time to receive this call. I was inundated with calls and found this very irritating as I did not know who was calling me. Only on two occasions were messages left. I am extremely cautious of callers whom I don't know or have no indication to expect a call. The lady I spoke to was very good and helpful and, when asked, the necessity of this third degree follow up.”
