The women that I spoke to on the phone came across as disrespectful and spoke down to me. She was also rude.

Staff helpfull and knowledgeable but needing to be on phone for nearly 30 mins to verify insurance defeats the object of buying online

I found myself apologising for not being able to understand the extremely rude and supercilious sales lady. Even though it was not my fault she was becoming frustrated with me as though she were doing me a favour. I’m pretty sure I’m the customer and should of been treated with more curtesy

Wasn't very impressed when I join with van line direct first time. Had a online quote and got accepted, all good made a payment and all sorted, and even got policy paper work through post as well. But two weeks later had a phone call from van line and basically I was forced to pay extra money there and then, otherwise policy will be cancelled. And at that time I was on the job in central London, so didn't had a choice. So really wasn't impressed at all.

I asked for the documentation to be sent out through the post, as the download documentation is blank. I specifically advised you at the time of my renewal of this problem, but to date this has not been completed by yourselves

Couldn’t find no claims so cancelled my policy even though was insured with you the year before
