“The person at the end of the phone was polite,professional and patient with my questions,every part of the insurance purchase was spot on. Had to call them the next day regarding documentation needed such as license V5 etc. Again polite and helpful. Manners to me are as important as insurance so I really appreciated it. Thankyou”
