“Every part of ordering my material was first rate. I was treated like a very special customer even though i only bought a metre of material! The samples i received where gorgeous. It was difficult to chose just one. Im having an old wooden chair with padded seat repaired. Think it will look fab. Thank you”

“Customer care on the telephone was very helpful. Delivery arrived prompt and well wrapped. Good cutting allowance added to ordered length. So often fabric is poorly cut from roll.”

“Received fabric which I believe should have been classed as seconds. I emailed them and no response was given. Will never order from them again because there customer service is awful and they sent me material which wasn't perfect. For the price it cost I would have expected better.”

“Just received some gorgeous fabric to make a romanblind with. I've used Vanessa Arburthnott a lot and the fabric is always gorgeous and lovely to work with. “I love these fabrics. Last year I bought a small bundle of offcuts from your shop. it was so exciting unwrapping them. Since then I have made a small cushion( for a painted chair in my new bathroom) with one remnant and, with another, my daughter has covered the seat of one of her Grandmother's chairs which she has been restoring . My recent purchase was for half a metre of little leaf mallow which I have chosen for cushions having tried a sample first and 70cm of Lattice -chosen on a whim from your sale fabrics. It is lovely and will almost certainly be used as a curtain around a small utility space. Thank you for these beautiful fabrics, their stunning colours and the thrill that they bring with them.”

“The video consultation was very useful in helping me make a choice of fabric, and I am very happy with the fabric now it's been delivered (Cow Parsley in Saffron). There was some confusion over availability of the fabric after I'd placed the order but this was quite quickly resolved.”
