“Communication is good and the fabric is lovely and good quality. However I only received two of the three fabrics on my order and have been told it could be up to four weeks until it’s delivered. Royal Mail notified me of an AM delivery slot so I waited in - it turned up five hours later after I had rung them and was told it’s a fault in their system and the parcel would arrive the next day and would need a signature which it didn’t upon arrival.”

“Beautiful Fabric, but I was sent the wrong fabric!. As requested it was returned ( I paid for this to be returned on the understanding it will be refunded! nothing to date. ).. Just ordered again fingers crossed the right fabric this time... this does not distract from such beautiful colours and design of the fabric.”

“Disapointed. I got a pair of pjs fir Xmas and the bottoms have started getting holes even though I have hardly worn them. Have bought pjs in cheap shops and did not have this problem.”

“Staff all very helpful. Disappointed in my armchairs. Lovely printed fabric but it has faded in only a few months. Have now been told by Vanessa that printed fabric will fade. Wish I had been told this before I bought the chairs. Maybe some sort of warning should be on view in the showroom stating this fact.”

“Staff were very helpful at confirming my calculations and very pleasant during pre order telephone conversations. However, unfortunately there were problems with the fabric I received. The repeat was approx 2cm larger than stated in website, meaning that more fabric was really needed. Luckily, I have made curtains before, so was able to adjust my plans slightly in depth of hems, plus I found that they had given me slightly extra when cutting. However, I only JUST had enough fabric and would have been short if they had given me exactly what I ordered. The plain piece for upholstery had a mark (but I was able to place where this was hidden). Of course, I may have been just unlucky, but it is possible that they might benefit from a quick re-evaluation of their quality control.”
