“Beautiful quality fabric. Only reason I gave 4 stars is the fact that you are charged delivery for every piece of fabric you order. Part of my order was for a remnant less than a metre and I was still charged the £6 delivery - it could easily have been packaged with my larger piece of fabric ordered.”

Hi Sarah. Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear your parcel was exposed in places upon receipt. We package all our fabrics with heavy duty plastic tubing to ensure it can withstand the delivery process, however, on this occasion it did not suffice. “Delivery excellent. Fabric of good quality, colour and design however fully appreciating it is organic hence made from natural fibres we have been disappointed this time with the number of small snags and threads (some of which are a different colour to background colour). Considering the cost per metre we had not anticipated this and do feel disappointed.”

“Vanessa Arbuthnott's fabrics are beautiful and fresh, however the delivery service is both slow and unnecessarily expensive. I would encourage the company to seek an alternative courier, as there are faster and more cost effective couriers out there. The cost of delivery has prevented me ordering more fabric and cushions.”
