“Received fabric which I believe should have been classed as seconds. I emailed them and no response was given. Will never order from them again because there customer service is awful and they sent me material which wasn't perfect. For the price it cost I would have expected better.”

Hi Liz, thank you for leaving your feedback. I understand that you made a call to us where a member of staff re-sent the fabric which should have been delivered on January 11th. Apologies for the initial fabric not arriving, we think this may have been lost in circulation due to the high level of post being distributed.
