We became IronmasterUK in 2017 after 9 years supplying thousands of Ironmaster home gyms, providing epic customer service and helping our customers avoid the headaches of training in commercial gyms.

“I was looking to buy a calf raising block, without spending a fortune! Valley Fitness had a great product that worked with my current home gym setup and the price was right! I was very happy with the product, service and speed at which it was provided. I will definitely look to Valley Fitness again when I next need to make a purchase.”

“Cannot beat the customer service. Polite, knowledgeable and fast replies. I started out with the IronMaster dumbbell set which I saw at BodyPower Expo 2015. A little expensive?....sure, I'm not gonna argue against that BUT....comes with a LIFEIME warranty and replaces a whole dumbbell set. Well it's a no brainer. And what a quality set it is. I am soooo glad I went for it. Not bulky like some other adjustable db sets out there. All metal so no plastic 'weak links'. Very easy and quick to change and a nice fat knurled bar to grip too. I was so impressed I decided to buy the Ironmaster SuperBench too. Absolutely solid bench and so quick and easy to adjust. Quite simply you get what you pay for and although it may take me a while of saving up to add to my collection it is definitely worth it. I fully recommend Valley Fitness to all of you and if you get a chance to try out any of their equipment I wouldn't hesitate. If you do it will be you writing the next review.”

“Product delivered on time when they said they would. They contacted me prior to delivery. Makes buying from Valley Fitness all the better especially when dealing with large bulky items. I had purchased from other online companies recently and had an absolute nightmare with their delivery company.”

“If Carlsberg made customer service, they’d do it this way! I had a little issue with my order that was dealt with perfectly. It was an issue that was out of Valley Fitness’s control, but they fixed it quickly and kept me up to date via email and a phone call. I can highly recommend the company and the equipment.”

“I was a little worried that they don’t have a showroom. I wanted to try out the gear before I forked out the cash. Valley Fitness explained on the phone that they closed their showroom when they moved to larger premises, they have 90 day returns and only one person since the opened has returned a product. Now I have the kit I know why they don’t get returns. Awesome! The guys here are very helpful and the Ironmaster equipment is top quality.”
