If Carlsberg made customer service, they’d do it this way! I had a little issue with my order that was dealt with perfectly. It was an issue that was out of Valley Fitness’s control, but they fixed it quickly and kept me up to date via email and a phone call.
I can highly recommend the company and the equipment.
