“Really good customer service. Technician friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Only criticism is that he did not have a new filter with him and although he requested one to be sent (early January) I have had to call and chase it. Hopefully it will be received very soon.”

“Excellent dealings with this company with both the engineering and administration departments, with courteous comunications keeping us informed on delivery and advise. Its a shame that there are not many companies who deal with cusomers in this manner in todays climate. Will definately call these guys first next time we need any of the services they provide.”
