“It was reasonably easy to answer the questions on Uswitch to obtain an energy price comparison, however when I switched supplier I noticed that I had been put on v6 instead of v5 tariff. I pointed this out to the new supplier’s customer service agent who confirmed the cost was the same but title of deal on Uswitch was different to title on their site.”
