“I had little problem with transfering to Fuse Energy via uswitch. My only issue was that some of the relevant information about Fuse was not evident until after I had switched. As an example that my monthly readings had to be submitted by photograph (which is not too much of a problem) but which might have influenced my decision to switch.”
“I am disappointed that I couldnt do switch over by phone which I have previous. Being not good with tech it was hard to follow the process. I gave up for about 3 days then went back and it was very straight forward and easy like two different worlds.”
