“I used Uswitch to change my energy contract and was happy with how that went. However, I was also offered the option to recieve a donation to Easyfundraising for my chosen cause. In spite of clicking to recieve a donation this does not seem to have appeared on the donations page. This may not be the fault of Uswitch.”
“Probably unfair to u. But I have had to contact Scottish Power on oct 7th for a final bill. They took another dd on Oct 1st. Then have said the dd has been closed I didn't cancel the dd as I was told thats how a refund would be made so now a refund has to be a cheque meaning I'll have to go into a bank. Not convenient. So switching is not as straightforward as you advertise”
