“I spent over 2 hours looking for a contract phone and Uswitch website offered what looked to be the best deal via Three mobile but then Three advised that this deal is no longer available. Clearly something somewhere is not right.”
“Changed broadband on BT offer, should get £30 Mastercard card and £100 M&S vouchers, got card from BT but £100 M&S from Uswitch nevert got, send lots of emails to Uswitch and tried to speak to them via phone but its impossible, never got reply to any send email, dont rely on offers as when you try to claim it- its impossible, i wish I never switched via Uswitch as now cannot cancel order so will overpay for next 18 months, it would be cheaper overally if I got promised vouchers, nut I learned a lesson, never ever again

“I am a retired energy buyer, I checked out uSwitch for my own gas & electricity. They came up with a 'cheaper' deal where the costs were higher - so much for cheaper deals. Looks to me that they just suggest suppliers who pay them the highest. Doing your own checks are soooo easy, just write down your unit costs & standing charge costs (per day) , ignore your annual usage and if the proposed supplier is offering cheaper rates than you are currently paying then you are on to a winner. if you multiply the unit costs by your annual usage and add on the annual daily standard charges, you will then have your TRUE annual cost.”

“It works OK but selection is cautious, and energy cost saving calculation is misleading. Savings shown are based on what happens if I don't switch. Well I'm going to switch or I wouldn't be there. So I need to find the best deal rather than see some calculation of savings based on doing nothing. They also don't include some of the best deals on offer, although admittedly some suppliers are a bit iffy, but that's for me to decide on not them.”
