“Helpful, informative and thorough right from the start. I'm nearly 80, so not very good with phones, but managed to complete my switch. However, as my account (electricity only) is in too much arrears, the switch didn't go through. I'm paying off the outstanding balance with EDF and then trying to switch to EON again. Many thanks”
