“I have emailed my issues with U Switch and rated it. Based on my experience you are basically a show window that doesn’t help resolve any issues that may arise so customer service was poor.”

“When it is comparing prices for your new package, it doesn't make it clear that the tariff wasn't Eco7. It knows a lot of details about your meter, like who your suppier is etc, but it doesn't know you have a registered Eco7 meter? That makes no sense. You are then being offered unsuitable tariffs. Sadly, I didn't realise before I switched so then I had to switch back! I appreciate that their system doesn't cater for ~Eco7 meters but it should make that clear in advance - plus it would be easy for them to know you had a Eco7 meter”
