“I have not installed the camera but setup to test. All looks very good. Camera is setup using the latest compression technology. I have this connection to my synology nas 916+ 4 bay running 3 of 3TB Red drives. This we be a second camera use the 2 free license provided by synology”

“All good. No problem with ordering or delivery, products are good. Helpful advice on the website, the forum and by online chat - this is a company run by real people who clearly believe that looking after customers is worthwhile. “I can not fault your service or help, however the delivery company you use is less than helpful? Three missed calls and still waiting for the camera, meant to be delivering to day. But I would recommend use-IP any time and will use them again. If and when I get the product I will let you know how it is!.....”

“use-IP were very helpful by phone and email before I purchased my system, and answered all of my questions without any baffling jargon. They have a very useful forum and YouTube channel which helped me enormously before my purchase. As an authorised dealer I had no hesitation in ordering from them, and they have been very helpful with a few set-up questions I had. I highly recommend them as a friendly company to deal with, and no, I am not connected to them in any way.”

“I've been using Use-IP for a few years now, I started with them because they provided a lot of help and support in selecting the right cameras etc and their after sales support was excellent. I'd certainly recommend them. My latest purchase was for one of the new "Darkfighter" models which has lived up to its name in performance in total darkness. Thanks guys!”

“I HAVE NOT INSTALLED THE NVR YET.BUT THE SERVICE AND BACK UP IS FIRST CLASS.IE I REQUIRED TO INSTALL A SSDR DRIVE,THIS WAS SORTED FOR ME. MANY THANKS DECKER”

“I wanted an IP camera to cover the front area of my home. Use-IP recommended the best camera and it was delivered the next day. I bought the Hikvision DS-2CD2385G1-I 8MP IR Fixed Turret Network Camera. The picture is very good, day and night. I also installed a 128GB SD card for playback. I can see the pictures on my phones and laptop. Use-IP have a forum which has loads of advice for hobbyists and professionals alike. When I need another camera, I will definitely be returning to Use-IP. Thanks.”

“I don’t normally give recommendations but will have no problem giving one to anyone thinking of buying from use-IP, I have to say use-IP is one of the best companies I’ve dealt with. There service is brilliant from ordering to delivery found them very fast, thy even phoned me to check I had put the correct delivery address on my order as this was my next door neighbour but this was my choice. But it doesn’t end there, from opening the box to getting my hikvision system up and running the support is there all just before Christmas hols. I have to say a big thank you to Daniel Stewkesbury for his technical support with set up and firmware update emails thy were very informative and helped no end. Thanks to all the team at use-IP hope you have a great new year.”

“I purchased an 8 channel Hikvision NVR and 3x 4MP cameras for home use. They arrived really quickly. I chose use-IP as they were an authorized Hikvision wholesaler, had open pricing and an excellent blog demonstrating significant and accessible product knowledge. The system is operational and working well - although I'm still learning the Hikvision idiosyncrasies - that said I haven't had to contact use-IP for support. I'm a happy customer who won't hesitate to use use-IP in the future.”

“This is my first purchase at use-IP and I can just say that I’m very satisfied with their pricing, customer service and shipping of the product. This was the only site where I was able to find the modular cover for a Hikvision camera/ keypad cover. I had this shipped to Germany and it arrived earlier than expected. I’ll definitely become a regular customer of use-IP.”
