“I ordered a Pittsburgh Steelers jersey in August 2022, but returned the item immediately by recorded delivery as it was too small. Having sent three different emails to ask for a refund, I have still not received any reply or refund over six months later. This is effectively theft and I will therefore be reporting USA Sports to Trading Standards.”

“Shocking customer service. Unfortunately one of the items in my order arrived damaged. I returned the damaged item requesting an exchange. I received an email on 24/02/22 advising that the replacement item had been despatched. I have still not received the replacement and Royal Mail's tracking says that they are waiting to receive the item from USA Sports. I have not had the courtesy of a reply to my emails requesting an update. Will not be buying from USA Sports again.”
