“I placed an order for a Seattle Seahawks Superbowl 60 cap on Wednesday February 11 2026. I was told that I would receive another email once the item, at that time being prepared, shipped. One week later and nothing... I had to award 1 star to be able to write this review. I would award minus 5 stars if I could! 'Appallingly Bad' would be my review of the 'service' I've received so far!!!”

As stated on the product page at the time of purchase, this item is scheduled to ship week commencing 23rd February. At present, we are awaiting confirmation from the manufacturer on the exact delivery date into our warehouse. As soon as the stock arrives, all pre-orders will be dispatched as a priority and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. “The pyjamas I ordered were put straight in the shipping bag, not individually wrapped then wrapped in the shipping bag, no tags on the pyjamas either to identify authenticity of being new.”

“I purchased 3 recovery shirts. Raiders chiefs and Miami dolphins. All in XL the Raiders shirt is considerably smaller I'm not sure why the sizing is not consistant with this brand but it's not good quality. I measured it with measuring and it's about 3 inches smaller especially in length.”

“I'm only doing this review to see if it will encourage USA Sports to make contact with me over a return request I sent in over a week ago now. Can't fault the price or delivery and it is a nice jersey but I picked the wrong size and would like to return it, but the return process seems manual and maybe no one has been assigned to my case after 7 days.”
