“I ordered a Chicago Blackhawks cap, invoiced confirmed order correct. Then dispatch note from Bulldog Sports said Chicago Blackhawks t-shirt medium. Thanks for the mistake. It was a present for Valentine’s Day which was totally spoilt by someone’s incompetence. I paid for next day delivery too which was an extra charge. I’d like to hear from someone about this I’m NOT happy!!!!!”

“Used them previously with no problems however this time there was a problem and they don't bother to reply to e mails or answer phones I am aware it's a difficult time but a simple e mail saying we are aware and will be in touch takes seconds seems like they are ok if it's simple but not much use if there's a problem I won't use again”

“Awful customer service. Distributed a discount code that didn’t work, I contacted the ‘help email’ around 4 times to ask if the discount code could be applied retrospectively - no answer. Product is good if not a little over priced - let down badly by the poor customer service.”

“Very poor so far, ordered next day delivery but still awaiting stock to fulfill my order. Nearly a week with no change with Christmas coming, no reply to my email and no answer to the phone calls on weekdays as there not open weekend. I wouldn't reccomend this site as you can't be sure if they actually have the stock your ordering and other reviews have people waiting over 2 weeks”

Hi Henry. Sorry for delay in delivery I can see from order status the item left us on time but got held up with the courier due to volumes. Sorry no one answered the phone but our offices are closed on a weekend that was when you tried to contact us. I can see your parcel is out for delivery today.

“Don't expect that you will be receiving your goods if you placed an international order. I placed my order on the 28th of April 2019, ten weeks later and still haven't received my parcel. I asked how to make a claim. USAsports told me I must do it through RoyalMail. After a long struggle to track RoyalMail's email adress online (their website doesn't show any contact email adresses), RoyalMail could not help me because I am an international receipt. I am still waiting. . .”

“I purchased my item but it was not successfully delivered and returned to sender which I have confirmation. I have emailed and rang leaving voicemails for USA sports for a refund as the item was returned. I have not yet heard back from USA sports and will have to resort to going to my credit card company to get my money back.”

“Placed order 4-Sep. Got an email saying order has been dispatched. It's been more than a month and I've not received the package. Emailed customer service many times asking for a tracking number. No reply whatsoever. Looks like I got stiffed. Terrible company. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!”
