“I cannot leave a review on the item that I have purchased as it still hasn’t arrived yet, I messaged the company asking if it will arrive before Christmas and have not had a response, still not been shipped.”

“The product I ordered is exactly as pictured, great quality and very comfortable. However, I reached out to USA Sports a few weeks in advance of ordering to ask about customs charges. I was told if I ordered to Ireland then I won’t have to pay anything, but in reality I was hit with a €20 customs charge. Bringing the price of the item I ordered from €60 to €80. Had I known this I never would’ve ordered the item.”

“The delivery of my item was not good. Delivered to a neighbour not informed of this. Neighbour apologised for the state of the box, item inside was damaged. Normally wouldn't be too bothered though in this case item was a present.”

“Ordered on the 8th of August through royal mail 48 delivery. Emailed them days ago looking for an update no reply, tried to phone. No answer. Only about an hour ago I received a message saying that DPD has just received my parcel. So looking like it will be around 9/10/11 days until I receive I would not have minded but the customer support wasn't great”
