“Size of one shirt was unavailable. I was promptly advised about this by USA sports. Asked about another shirt in another teams colour. And was sent that. Very professional service. Will definitely recommend USA sports to other people.”

“Been buying from this company for over 3 years ,just one thing to improve on , when an item is over the free delivery threshold ,the discount offers sometimes make delivery charges come into play .eg £25 gets free delivery ,add the 20% discount item becomes £ 20 plus £3.95 delivery charge so in real terms its only around 5 % off.”

“My order wasn't delivered to my address. I emailed them to let them know but they said they couldn't do anything as Royal Mail said it had been. I tried to contact Royal Mail but that didn't work. Told me I had to speak to Royal Mail to sort it out myself”

“Firstly i love the variety on the store as there is something for everyone. I am, however, disappointed with the Fanatics line. I bought 2 t-shirts but had to return them both as they had a slightly cheap feel to them and the cut was not brilliant. It also cost me £6 to send them back second class so i am out of pocket. The Nike line are fantastic but are hard to snap up as they are obviously popular in certain sizes. I will continue to shop here but will be more selective in future and will avoid the Fanatics line.”

“I have used the company before without issue. On this order the two shirts came with 1 in an already opened bag, and another not in bag. Both shirts covered in hairs and one had already had the stickers removed, although both still had tags on. I did feel like they may have been previous customer return or ex-demo. In fairness I didn't have time contact and return, so I just kept and washed; no issues.”

“Second purchase of two NFL caps was let down by the fact the underside of the beak on LA chargers cap was not light blue as shown in the online image (which was my deciding factor for choosing this cap). Turned out to be navy blue instead. Otherwise fast delivery service and quality product.”

“When you send my order and it comes quite quickly however every time I order, the wrong size gets sent with no apology or explanation of why the wrong size has been sent.”
