“Had a problem with sunken floor slab in 1970's detached house. Worried for years before contacting Uretek following a structural survey recommendation. Should have done it years ago. Prompt efficient service and the house no longer creaks! Very pleased.”

“In 2014 I bought an Oxford Three bedroom semi which had a very badly built kitchen extension that had visible subsidence with open cracks where it joined the main house. I had seen the results that Uretek had achieved by taking a new approach giving an alternative to the traditional back breaking underpinning method of subsidence repair. This gave me the confidence to buy the house and call Uretek straight in who duely examined the bore hole soil tests and sent down their site truck with three charming guys who pumped the inert foam under the existing poor foundation thus consolidating the ground and actually reduced size of the cracks. They provided before and after test results showing enormous improvements leaving me with stable ground an a TEN YEAR GUARANTEE! This enabled me to sell the property without any problem with the purchasers surveyor who studied the results and Uretek's CV. Brilliant!”

“The Uretek subfloor consolidation system is without a doubt the most cost-effective solution to floor slab subsidence caused by long-term hardcore compaction, or presumably other causes as well. Breaking out and replacing an internal slab can only be a nightmare. Very swift installation, in our case 30m2 in a day to a depth of 1m. Very competent and helpful installation team who arrived with their impressive laboratory-like truck and integrating seamlessly with other main contractor works right on schedule. Very conscientious operatives left a very tidy job for the guarantee to take over for the next ten years. Shame this sort of service isn't more common! For the avoidance of doubt, I am a genuine satisfied client as well as a construction industry professional who would not normally endorse any product. If you find a better solution sing it from the rooftops, or better still, invest in it...”

“There was a false start on the day when the work was scheduled in that it turned out that a site survey was needed. This should have been dealt with in advance and caused unnecessary delay and worry. They had not sent the right team to undertake the service work. They returned a week later and conducted the whole operation within the day, but it was £1000 more expensive than I had anticipated. The work itself appears to have been undertaken to a high standard, but time will tell if there is further slippage.”
