“My only negative is that Geobear do not perform the complete job. Whilst they do the work required to secure the issue it is then down to the customer to find a builder to repair the cracks. That is where the frustration starts trying to source a reliable builder - one that will either turn up when promised or is interested in the job. To be rated very good I would suggest that Geobear completes the job or at least have a list of recommended builders.”

“Quick and clean job done by friendly and helpful workers. Gap between deposit payment and scheduling of job was a bit long and silent. I’ll be in a better position to give a review in a years time when hopefully there would be no evidence of the issue re-emerging.”

“It took three visits to overcome access difficulties, but once the Uretek team got their gear to the subsiding wall it took them half a day to inject the magic stuff into the soil/clay riverside underneath and stabilise it. I have a date with my neighbour in 3017 to see whether it worked. I paid only the original estimate.”

“It turned out that the floor was already in fact level so i'm not sure the work was required. nevertheless it was filled underneath by your product. perhaps the surveyor should have picked this up.”

“Overall good service . Staff are responsive and helpful . The " field " guys were excellent . The sales person however did not take enough time to explain clearly what was involved and what could and couldn't be achieved . Although contractually you performed as described and charged what you could however I ( as a lay person ) was sold on the idea that it was " 99% sure " it wouldn't need a deep fill - when it did I was shocked by the very high cost .Sales people should manage expectation better than this . Overall though I would recommend Uretek.”

“I've been searching for a company to underpin/stabilize my side extension for about eighteen months. Various specialist companies I contacted failed to get back to me, or the one that finally did (after repeated prompting) quoted over £50,000 to underpin. Then in September 2019 I came across the Geobear system and contacted them. Within weeks they had surveyed the property, recommended a solution, and within two months (early November) had carried out the works, for less than half the price quoted for underpinning. The works were completed within two days with an absolute minimum of mess and inconvenience and I can't fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the crew assigned to do the work. Obviously it's early days (less than two months) since the work was completed but, to the best of my knowledge, the subsidence issue is a thing of the past. All that remains for me to do now is to have the wall cracks stitched, re-rendered and decorated.”

“An initial online quote was quickly followed by a site visit by a very friendly and informative site surveyor. The work was scheduled a few weeks after payment of the deposit and the work was carried out very efficiently by the geopolymer injection team in just a few hours using laser measurement tools to detect when the wall had lifted following the stabilisation of the foundations. The site was left as clean as it was found . Within a week of the payment of the balance outstanding I received the Insurance backed guarantee, 10 year guarantee and CSA certificate”
