“Urban Village are a very professional, superior estate agent service that went beyond our expectations. Communication with Suzanne is always clear, helpful, friendly and responsive. We had some specific criteria which needed to be met when letting our two apartments - while some estate agents were quick to 'throw' tenants our way, Urban Village's approach is based on integrity and honesty - the team took time to qualify tenants to ensure they fit our requirements before showing them around. This resulted in a limited number of visits and all our criteria being met: a real breath of fresh air. Suzanne's approach is practical, proactive and productive. Suzanne and the team are a delight to work with. We highly recommend Urban Village.”
