“Suzanne, Amy and the rest of the team at Urban Village were great throughout our search and subsequent correspondence for renting our current flat. They ensured that all of the paperwork and relevant compliance was sorted in a timely manner, particularly as we had advised them of our strict time constraints. We'd been sceptical as in the past some estate agents were flippant and just keen to get a deal done but the team at Urban Village were friendly, supportive and professional. Keep up the good work!”

“What can I say....excellent service. Kate and her team pulled out all the stops and helped me to fill my empty flat in Balham. The tenants were referenced and in residence within 10 days of the initial enquiry. They have restored my faith in Estate agents. Would have no hesitation in using them again.. the next time around.”

“I thought that the service provided by Urban Village was organised and hassle free, the paperwork was delivered in a timely fashion and without a fuss, the letting agent that showed us round was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the property. The property we rented was by far the nicest property that we found on the market, and having looked around with numerous other Estate Agents, Urban Village delivered beyond expectations set by their competitors. This was not a one off, off the back of the way in which we were treated by Urban Village and the standard of the property we now rent, we recommended them to friends and Urban Village provided the same level of service to them.”
