“What can I say....excellent service. Kate and her team pulled out all the stops and helped me to fill my empty flat in Balham. The tenants were referenced and in residence within 10 days of the initial enquiry. They have restored my faith in Estate agents. Would have no hesitation in using them again.. the next time around.”

“I thought that the service provided by Urban Village was organised and hassle free, the paperwork was delivered in a timely fashion and without a fuss, the letting agent that showed us round was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the property. The property we rented was by far the nicest property that we found on the market, and having looked around with numerous other Estate Agents, Urban Village delivered beyond expectations set by their competitors. This was not a one off, off the back of the way in which we were treated by Urban Village and the standard of the property we now rent, we recommended them to friends and Urban Village provided the same level of service to them.”

“Bit new to us - real work starts end august. Initial contact superb -very receptive, understanding and quick to offer assistance and expertise. So very different from a much bigger, multi office group who promise a lot but deliver little and at ridiculous cost. All to support an arm's- length magisterial head office up in the midlands; totally out of touch with their people on the ground or their customers. An expensive and time-consuming waste of a year. Can't wait to make the change to Urban team.”
