“Placed an order in the evening and received a very courteous phone call the following day thanking me for my order. Universal was the only company we found to do a modern PIR with manual override. Lights were received one day later and are now installed. Look fabulous, seem to be good quality, with easy to operate manual override. All in all, delighted with lights and the service we received.”

“We Havant installed the lights yet but they do look the business very pleased with them well worth the money, and the personal service that we received from the supplier was outstanding 10/10 would recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”

“This was my first purchase from the company. I was very impressed with their customer service. I was kept informed as to the advancement of my order and my mails to them were answered rapidly. “Colour exactly as described. Looks really lovely on my original lamp base. Good customer service. Problem with the delivery but that was down to DPD. Would highly recommend Universal Lighting Services.”

“Light looks really good. I was impressed by the service, with email updates at all stages. The light was very well packaged to reduce any risk of damage in transit. Full marks to Universal Lighting for using card and paper packaging which is fully recyclable and still provides great protection. I will certainly look at them first when I need new lights in the future and would be very happy to recommend them to friends.”
