“My husband is happy with his Replay Jeans, but they were very oddly packaged in a squashed down bag covered in smelly gret plasric (smelt of cigarettes), arrived with white dust marks all over the seat of the jeans - white dotted marks which have thankfully come out on the wash. They've also got a few lose threads on the seams of the jeans so I'm assuming 'sale' items are actullay seconds or returns. My husband couldn't be bothered to go to the hassle of returning them, but I guess these were cheap for a reason.”

“Fast delivery, great product but packaging left a little to be desired, which isn't the first time I have had this issue. The product was packed in a cardboard sleeve which had holes all over it and was ripped and sealed along the edges with what looked like a whole roll of sellotape. It could be better to give a better first impression. Only a small gripe as everything else was great.”

“finding help from AUS was very very hard, emails provided DO NOT WORK, no international number help line, live chat feature would be great...given wrong tracking number...only good thing was the sale and the price...”

“Ordered 3 Regular for Paul smith T-shirts, they sent me one slim fit and 2 regular fit, payed to send it back in exchange for a regular fit one, they refunded me without my postage even though was not my fault instead of exchanging as asked.”

“Luckily my order was in one piece but arrived and the parcel had been opened and revealed and the jumper had been in the sale as the tag had been scored out!! Shocking!”

“I bought a great pair of trainers i wanted at a good price, I didn't get any contact saying when it would be dispatched from Unique apart from a text on the day of delivery from the courier with a certain time slot. The delivery was OK but no text or email to say it had been delivered as it wasn't delivered to my home address, Id say to improve your service,more clear contact regarding delivery. The package was wrapped good,box packaging was very good,nicely presented”
