Ordered AMI t shirt. Arrived quickly but was too big. Re-ordered size up and returned first delivery. Second delivery arrived quickly. No bother there. However after 2 weeks had no contact from them so had to ring them. Refund processed that day. Deffo not the best experience but also not as bad as some reviews

I have emailed the company on several occasions regarding my return parcel and even provided evidence of delivered on 2 November 2023 with Royal Mail but no response at all. I have tried to reach out on social media and still nothing. Can you please refund my money for the returned item? Many thanks

Birkenstocks not the pink I was thinking they were - darker......and am unable to return sale items - disappointed.

Ordered a belstaff overshirt, perfect fit but sadly wasn’t quite right for me and ordered a Barbour t-shirt aswell which wasn’t wanted. Had to return to 2 different locations (not sure why) but I had to pay for returns, and it’s nearly been 3 weeks now and I still haven’t had a refund or had a reply from my email query. I think they need to recruit for customer service!! Very poor.

DPD error means a poor review sadly. Ordered a couple of sale items. Good price, decent website offering and a good shipment time. Oddly tracking showed my parcel travelling from Scotland to the midlands and then sat for a few days before I got a delivery day/ time. When I arrived home my parcel from unique was in a New Look wrap, odd I thought, opened up to find a new look order addressed to someone in the midlands! Address label for my parcel and that of new looks customer attached to parcel wrap. Contacted unique and "nothing". A bounce back saying email address didn't exist. So contacted via the PayPal contact email; again no response. No alternative but to open a PayPal dispute. Shame as they could have sought to resolve it as DPD must have a parcel with unique's details somewhere? Hopefully unique can press dpd for lost items and maybe even retrieve them from a warehouse somewhere. Shame as one item was a T-shirt I can find anywhere else. Overall disappointed and though DPD fault, review relates to poor comms.

Take orders but then supprise supprise items out of stock then email back and forth just to get one item eventually got it but not the best experience room for improvement

Ordered item at XL and was more XXL. There was no access to sizing measurements on your site when i bought the item. I have had to return the item at my expense, which is disappointing to say the least.

2 out of 3 items were refunded without explanation. I reached out to the email address provided which was knocked back. Just pretty poor service.

Good service, but not happy that there is not a cheaper return on goods,not suitable. Due to the value of the item being returned worth over £170 i had to pay £11 to return an item to ensure it was covered and tracked for an item that didn't fit.

returns policy is ridiculous received it tried it slightly too small worked away a few days go to send it back no returns forms included, have to download an print off never heard of it than only 7 days to return always should be 2 weeks now im stuck with the jacket

Delivery was quick but size came up a little small and I have been unable to get a response from Unique with regards options (swap / return)

posted my item on monday the 10th of july ,staff to lazy to collect it from post office ,16th of july im still waiting

Hi Graig, Hope you are well. I have just issued the refund to your Klarna account. We are just back from lockdown and working on shorter hours. Sorry this took longer than we would like. However the Post Office also are working on limited hours and closed on a Wednesday. I can also confirm our staff are not lazy. We have been Unique for over 30 years and take pride in our customer service. Sometimes things just take a little longer than planned. Again sorry you had to be one of the very few during the COVID-19 period. Kind Regards, James

My order was placed on 22nd June 2020 - It was not shipped until 30th June 2020 - still not delivered to date. What more can I say.
