“Shocking service, product and communication. Item looked second hand when it turned up (photos added as proof). I believe that they keep re listing this very same item because there’s only ever 1 size large that keeps re appearing on the site. Sent it back the next day and after next to no replies to my numerous emails I’ve finally had a refund after almost 2 weeks. Avoid at all costs!!”

“Paid £77 for a Moschino T-shirt and never received it. Tried contacting them via email, Facebook, Instagram, tried all the phone numbers I could find plus all the email addresses for customer service. Not one reply. Having to go through Paypal to try and recover the money. Perhaps they have went out of business and are just now taking your money. Stay clear. I have included screenshots to prove they have read the messages”

Hi Graig, Hope you are well. I have just issued the refund to your Klarna account. We are just back from lockdown and working on shorter hours. Sorry this took longer than we would like. However the Post Office also are working on limited hours and closed on a Wednesday. I can also confirm our staff are not lazy. We have been Unique for over 30 years and take pride in our customer service. Sometimes things just take a little longer than planned. Again sorry you had to be one of the very few during the COVID-19 period. Kind Regards, James

“Sent item back for refund over a month ago now. Sent via signed for so I know it’s been received. Appreciate it’s a busy period but the shops now well over the statutory 14 days for refunding and as such is breaking consumer law. Will issue chargeback instead as they clearly have no intention of working through returned parcels.”

“AN ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT! Come home to receive two parcels! Even though I only ordered one polo shirt. One parcel was for another customer showing there personal details, name, address and mobile number on the invoice! Think you’ve broken DPA, confidentiality and GDPR!! It had my address on the front of the parcel but when I opened the parcel it showed a different name and two items I HAD NOT ORDERED! Clearly this means you have another customer which has not received there two items!! My second parcel was a polo shirt which I ACTUALLY ORDERED however the pictures online looked very different! YOU ALSO DID NOT INCLUDE TWO RETURN FORMS WHICH MEANS I HAVE TO NOW DOWNLOAD, PRINT OUT AND PAY FOR THE POSTAGE ON TWO PARCELS! AND THEN ENDED UP PAYING TO DELIVER A PARCEL FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER - A PARCEL THAT WASNT EVEN MINE! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR BUSINESS! I SENT BACK MY PARCEL ON THURSDAY THE 30th NOVEMBER, SPECIAL DAY DELIVERY SO MY PARCEL SHOULD HAVE REACHED YOU ON THE 1ST DECEMBER REFUND MY MONEY ASAP!”

“First time buying off here as a friend recommended Received my item Saturday from the post office and the zip doesn’t work and doesn’t look new, some of the lettering is slightly discoloured . I emailed but I keep getting a bounce back and keeps saying undeliverable. Tried numerous time again about a return and says doesn’t have a valid email address Definitely would not buy from this site again, and obviously I can’t send the return!!!”

“Still have not received my parcel after nearly a week, have emailed asking for an update which has gone unanswered. I needed the parcel by Friday, they were supposed to arrive by no later than Thursday. So they will be getting sent back for a refund, when they eventually arrive.”
