Package never arrived! Zero response to my 3 emails, 2 requests for contact through the website or social media message…extremely poor customer service. Ignoring my requests for a refund. Ordered something as a birthday present and had to spend more money on an alternative.

I placed an order on 31st Jan which arrived promptly. I then posted back for a refund following all the recommended steps, and received confirmation of my return on 11th Feb. It’s now been over a month and I’m still yet to receive my return. I’ve also emailed 3 times and received zero response! Really poor

Sent the wrong size of item, so now have to return and pay for return when it wasn't my error

Unfortunately I ordered a barbour gilet 15 days later it has not arrived and I will now have to wait another week or so for a refund.

I sent an email to complain about my delivery but it bounced back. Please see below image of the state of my order when it arrived. I’m fairly certain if I sent that to Norse Projects, a premium clothes brand, they would stop selling their clothes on your website. Absolutely appalling

I contacted your email straight after my purchase as I had ordered the wrong size and wanted to change it, it was before you had dispatched the item but you have still not replied to the email.

I placed a order with Unique and I received my staff dirty and nothing like in the picture.I contact them and said that and this was the response that I received “As an authorised Stockist of Kenzo we do not sell fake goods. We also don’t appreciate such slanderous remarks. unique1989.com have been trading for 33 years. I’m sure trading standards would have closed our stores and website down by now, if as you say. We were selling fake designer clothing. So the options are. 1. Take the goods to trading standards. We’ll happily cooperate with them. 2. Send the items back (at your own expense) for a full refund and don’t click on our site again. Unique 4 Skye Square, Ayr Central, Ayr, KA7 1TP 3. Do above and learn some manners when dealing with people, it goes a long way in this world. Kind regards Unique” Very unprofessional of them,like is my fault that the items that I received were dirty.Now I sent 2 emails about my refund and all they said is that sorry for the delay but still didn’t received my refund.Very bad customer service I don’t recommend at all!

Terrible customer service. Failed to respond to a faulty item issue after continuous attempts to reach them. I do not feel comfortable returning goods or receiving a refund. A first and last time customer.

Customer Service Non Existent. Had to send jacket back for a larger size before doing so tried phoning over 2 days no answer so sent 2 messages through Messenger I could see both were read again no answer, so I sent jacket back with DPD and same day I received an email saying jacket dispatch but same size as before tried phoning again no answer so sent 2 emails explaining I needed the larger size again no reply I then left message on answer phone no reply, the jacket turned up next day and it was the correct size, a simple phone call or answer on messenger would have been great, Only reason I’m writing this you sent me an email asking to review the service best.

Money was taken out my account, £57 then I received a voicemail to say that there was a mistake and the Jeans weren't even in stock. I was refunded a few days later. This is not the first time I have been let down and I'm losing faith in the service that you are offering.
