“I had requested to get an upper first and only received 50% for the evidence informing midwifery. I paid quite a bit of money for this so am quite disappointed. Is there anything that can be done due to receiving 25% less. I had to defer due to ill health so have only just handed the essay in after my deferral. I just received my grade now even though I ordered in it May 2018.”

“What went well You discussed the economic issues You identified s36 and Norgan You included some analysis but needed to support it with academic source material. Generally good referencing in the bibliography What could be improved (a) You needed to cover private sales and Human Rights. (b) You needed to develop s36 and the economic issues. (c) It was too detailed on pre AJA position. You did not need to include for example much on the cases or the Payne Committee. (d) You also could have cut out the Pre Action Protocol which we have not covered this year. (e) Has the position in Northern Ireland changed since 1996? (f) Use the most up to date material you can. There are lots in the reading list and on the formative activity. Being out of date meant that you didn't cover some of the relevant issues. (g) You needed to explain why the lender could take possession without a court order in Ropaigealach. (a) Make sure your sources are up to date. These are way too old. (b) back up your points with authorities (eg business property p3) (c) Put edition numbers in for the books. (d) Footnotes - first name and then surname. (e) Send a plan to a tutor or come along to a drop in session to discuss what you are covering. The main issue here is that you didn't cover enough content. 48%”

Hi Cord, Thanks for your review and for sharing your concerns. I would like to reassure you initially that the essay has been marked and verified to meet the 2.1 standard. With regard to citations, they are just standard Harvard citations giving the author, year and the page number. Examples are: Roberts (2010, p.179) argues...... ......weapons (Gray, 2008, p.2). These are standard Harvard citations and cannot be given any shorter so the writer hasn't used 'very long citations' anywhere. “Out of all the policing order requests this is really bad. Comments made that the 7 references the 1800 word essay had to be written about weren't provided so wrote it using referenced items that aren't in line with policing- AND didn't even send a request through for the links to the 7 references noted at the top of the essay items details to be used within this. Rushed workmanship. Writing it all myself. Not a quality writer”

They didn't say that they didn't use the sources the questions were based on. They simply noted that they couldn't send an online link to those sources because they used hard copies of the books rather than online versions. Hi Zafana, Thanks for your review. I have checked through your order and I can see that this is only for 250 words. The reason we strongly advised that you should order order more than 250 words for a whole Discussion section is that the Discussion would be expected to be around 3000-4000 words altogether. In 250 words, the depth, coverage and detail of the discussion is naturally limited but, in the context of the 250 words allowed, there is as much critical discussion and evaluation of the results as possible. Obviously this would not be representative of the detail expected of a 1st for a full Discussion chapter; however, in the context of the very short 250 words ordered, it is reflective of excellent analysis and evaluation of the results. “I found that I had to re-word and delete way too much of it. Part of the language was in the first person and it didn’t flow. The question was answered but in a roundabout way. The charts and reports though included were not explained so they had to be moved to the appendix. It appeared that the level of writing was lower than bachelors degree level.”

Hi Collinthia, I hope you are well and thanks for your review. I've checked through the work and cannot find any first person anywhere within the writer's work. Would you be able to let us know where you have identified first person and we can double check that for you. The only minor issue I can see with the writing is the use of contractions such as didn't and wasn't (which should be did not and was not). These should always be avoided in academic writing and I will remind the writer of this now. The diagrams are incorporated and explained in the text. For example, a graph on page 1 is introduced as follows: "The success of [company name] since [CEO name] return is shown by the graph below:" (I have obviously taken out the company name and the CEO name). I do wish to reassure you that the writer's work has been marked and assessed before it was sent to you and it has been verified to be a solid 2.1 level model answer. “Unfortunately for me this was a waste of time. The work produced appeared to lake the fundamentals of what the core topic was about and thus the example work was unable to be utilised as information was incorrect and lacking. “This is my second unsatisfactory experience. I submitted my assignment requirements at the order stage, and my assignment was clear that every question/section needs to be answered as per the question. I was surprised when the writer submitted the work with missing two sections. His/her justification was these sections covered in other parts in the assignment, and what I was asking was subjective. To summarize my experience, your customer service is amicable during the ordering stage, once the payment is received they move into defensive mode and it's not essential to reach to a solution or to solve the issue. As explained by the researcher, there were contradictions and discrepancies between two documents you sent to us, in terms of the structure requirement for this piece. The researcher felt that the document named 'Questions and Good Practice.' was the more comprehensive of the two so they followed this. All five tasks have therefore been be completed. The additional task 1.4 which is not actually included in this document but is within the other 'Good Practice Notes' document, this has been included for you too. The choice of methodology was already justified in section 1.3, and section 2.1, but the structure of Questions and Good Practice offered a more effective use of word count. For section 4.2, you opted for an executive summary so everything that has been asked for, has been provided. I hope this eases your concerns and clarifies this issue for you. “This time the work was below average. The writer did not understand the topic not read the guidelines. Work relied on online websites more than on academic journals and completely ignored the orders requests. Work had grammatical mistakes and the references were not written correctly.
