“I requested an upper first class, which is 75+ and I ended up with a 68. The difference in price for getting an upper first, first or upper second was quite a lot. I'm slightly disappointed that I did not only not achieve an upper first but I did not even achieve a first.”

“Failure despite I paid for a merit grade. I submitted all the requirements of the essay. I allowed the writer to fabricate challenges and then apply the required theories. The writer gave a general lecture which was against the described requirements. I informed the UK essay team several times that this was not the assignment. They keep repeating the same reply of the writer. There was no time to use another service provider. I submitted. The result was clear failure despite I paid for a merit grade. I informed UK essay team and sent them the result but no response! That writer should be suspended. I have another good experience. I got what I paid for.”

Hi Carlos. We appreciate that you've taken the time to leave feedback, however we have asked for this to be revised because we do not believe it reflects the reality of the situation. The service you have ordered is our Marking Service, where your researcher is expected to proofread, grade the work (with reasons for the grade given) and provide feedback/suggestions for improvements. Upon receiving your marked work, I can see you requested an amendment because you believe the researcher mistook the essay for a literature review. The researcher has explained that your instructions require an analysis of literature, which ideally means reviewing existing literature and comparing and contrasting them. The analysis of literature was conspicuously missing yet it was supposed to cover majority of the content. They agreed that your work was an essay but there needed to be a review of literature in completing it, as per the assignment brief. This was an opportunity for discussion but the response we received from you was "nevermind". Your guidelines frequently refer to using relevant literature (with critical analysis) and to avoid simple explanation and description, therefore the feedback provided was relevant to this. “Whole project still need to modify and I need the writer really understand the needs from my side, the feedback from University. Not only ask for added more words and said cannot be fulfil. “I have mixed reviews about them . Some of their writers produce amazing work and some do not. It’s 50/50 . I would not advise to rely solely on them. I paid for a 2:2 essay in full and did not achieve even a pass mark. I definitely will question the credibility of some of their writers.”
