“This is the worst service which I have ever experienced. The company is only trying to get our money. At first, they say that they would offer revision. Then, they would never do that. They provide the worst assignment which I paid for more than $500 USD. (They dont follow your instruction, and the writing quality is so poor. I got all the negative comments from my professor. I also sent them the comments, but they still dont offer me a revision. Please dont order or work with this company, or you would regret as I do.”

Hello Laura, Thank you for taking the time to leave this 1 star review in relation to the Report Service placed with us. From reviewing your order, we had worked with the researcher and yourself to have amendments made. The feedback in which was later provided to us was a way in which the tutor would have liked the work to be completed. But as the writer and ourselves are not a part of your course or privy to discussions to be aware of these expectations, we were unable to achieve these in the initial order. Even if a tutor doesn't like how the work has been approached and, therefore, has a specific way, it doesn't mean that the work was objectively wrong. We had your concerns reviewed and also escalated. We took the time to highlight where there was independent analysis, evaluation and insight to aid you in seeing this in the researcher's work and aid your understanding. In light of the initial order requirements we were given, it was verified that the researcher had met this. However, we did not close this matter, we kept it open in case you wished to pursue further amendments. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from you regarding the order. Hi Cord, Thanks for your review and for sharing your concerns. I would like to reassure you initially that the essay has been marked and verified to meet the 2.1 standard. With regard to citations, they are just standard Harvard citations giving the author, year and the page number. Examples are: Roberts (2010, p.179) argues...... ......weapons (Gray, 2008, p.2). These are standard Harvard citations and cannot be given any shorter so the writer hasn't used 'very long citations' anywhere. Hi Ashee, Thanks for your review and I have checked your concerns on this order. I can see that you contacted us with parts of a plagiarism scanner showing highlighted aspects of the work. The highlighted parts are a quote from a judgment and a piece of legislation and these are referenced appropriately as such. “I have used a marking service, where I had to use a particular data when my marker(tutor) was requiring. UKessays provided good comments through their marking service, however, I could not use it as I know my tutor and his expectation. I would use UK essays to write assignment or part of the assignment, but not marking service again. Good communication with the team, however they could not find a writes specific to my subject, thus they have also extended the deadline which I have given to them.”

“I requested for the first amendment and was told by the coordinatorthat the researcher said need tonpay additionl £75 which i refused. I compromised and requested for another amendment which the coordinator checked and the researcher agreed. When i received the amended work, it was more a 'token' addition of articles added into the literature without any review nor argumemts required in a Lit Review. This is really truly unprofessional and high school standard. I am really disappointed with this particular researcher/writer assigned to me and would strongly urge UK Essays to ban this writer/researcher. Do review closely the amended work and the original work and you will understand what my unhappiness is all about. Very obvious.”
