“the experience was very straightforward and easy to use. I opted for a 2:1 grade and I used the paper as a baseline of what I need to cover and how to approach re-writing it, however, my grade was equivalent to a 3rd and not at a 2:1 level despite following the structure of the essay. so for that I'm giving it 2 stars as I don't believe its worth the money I paid.”

Hello Fatema, Thank you for leaving this feedback in relation to the Personal Statement product you placed with us. As you had said, there were some misleading in the requirements. We were initially informed to review the details you had uploaded and edit this accordingly, this is what the researcher initially did. After the order was completed, we were informed that you were actually looking for a complete new piece, not to be based on your past personal statement, and also for it to be completed in another structure. We explained at this point that as a personal statement, we were going to have to use some of the material that is about you, this is because a personal statement is to be based on person it is talking about. This was the only material we knew about you so without this, the researcher would have had no other information to apply this accordingly, this would then mean that the personal statement would have been irrelevant to you. We also asked you to explain the new structure that you now wanted the researcher to follow. We understood that the order did not meet your expectations and it seemed that you had something in particular in mind so to avoid not meeting your expectations again, we were looking to obtain more specific information to amend this to what you needed. In terms of the referencing, APA referencing and Harvard style referencing are known to be two different types. We can see that you selected APA referencing but if there was a 'Harvard style' variation that you were following, unfortunately we were not made aware of this. “Essay was not written to academic level 6 like requested. Staff was reluctant when I asked for amendment and even threatened that I pay more for that. Writer had no clue on what was required. Total waste of my money and time!!!! Not happy at all”

Hi Shaeheen, Thanks for your feedback. I can see that the title was in-line with what you requested and the mix-methods approach was covered. From your review and messages, it seems that your expectation is more for a full proposal whereas this was an order only for our Title and Topic Service. This includes only a title and a one paragraph summary of the subject to be studied and the methodology briefly outlined. This is why our Titles service is so low in price. We do offer a proposal service which is naturally much more in-depth; a proposal is typically 1000 words or more (whereas the Titles service is typically only up to around 300 words). Please do let us know if you would like to expand to the proposal where more details of the subject overview, a mini-literature review and a more in-depth methodology would be included.
