“Found the text and picture misleading as pareo was shown with only animal print visible though there was mention of a large hibiscus flower. Phoned and was most impressed by service. Lady agreed it was confusing, checked in stockroom and phoned me back to describe further. I placed order and received parcel a.m. following day! delighted with pareo and service. Found postage charges very reasonable too. Ensure all relevant features are shown in pictures and I will award 11 out of 10!!”

“I had spent many hours trying to locate a Roidal swimsuit in my size. I was out of luck and almost settled on second best. however on the off chance I left a message asking if i could order it. Georgina came back and said unfortunately you were ordering for the Autumn now. \n\nGeorgina then went the extra mile and located one at your suppliers. Shea advised me when it became available and kept me advised to the point of putting on the website. she also took the time to note that I could not go on the website first thing in the morning due to a business meeting.\nGeorgina then made it available for me when I would have been able to get to the website. In the event the meeting was put back a little so I was able to get it. \n\nGeorgina was a star and I have just the swimsuit I wanted. This is an exemplary level of service. A great shopping experience that included human contact of the very best kind.\n”

“The goods were as described and the colour image shown was exactly what i received, which is not always the case with internet shopping. The delivery couldn't have been any quicker, it was on my doorstep the next day, brilliant service. I would recommend to others, infact i already have.”
