“Creating the account went fine. However, I struggled to bring up the site mapping for (admittedly) what was a rural location. I rapidly used up my 'free' scrolling allowance and got frozen twice in the process. However, the help team email support was excellent in pointing me towards the Google mapping 'find' method and then increasing my scroll freedom. Final plan output a little off centre but mapping and annotation fine.”

“The maps are high quality, but I found the on-line 'red boundary' marking tool difficult to use. It didn't 'allow' me to select multiple points around the boundary I was trying to mark. I had to abandon that approach, order the plain plans, and 'apply' the lines manually.”

“Pros Easy to use, seems more up-to-date than other services. Cons Quite expensive, but that's probably due to Land Registry charges, as the retail vendors are equally expensive.”

“I would have liked to have the facility to change the address heading the map. The correct address would have been "728-732 " not just "728". Otherwise very satisfied with your service.”
