“Really poor communication with customers regarding delivery dates and times. After having to contact them on more than one occasion. They finally delivered the three oak doors to the wrong address. And the driver was quite frankly rude and very unhelpful. His response was tough luck either except the doors today or wait another week for delivery to the correct address. Overall a poor experience from them. And sadly I wouldn't recommend using them to any of my customers.”
“The door is made of several strips of oak glued together to form the frame which has a 4mm oak veneer. Not a solid cut oak door. Tried to complain and told that's how they're made and that they conform to requirements. If your requirement is for a solid cut oak door then avoid!”

“Doors are pretty decent, just make sure you inspect them even if there is no damage on on the packaging one of mine was badly damaged, because it was outside the window of their terms and conditions they simply washed their hands of it and then charged me full price on a replacement with no consession not even delivery. Managed to get 10% in the Jan sales, but still miffed they could have done more to make right what was a damaged door they sent me.”

“This was our second order of doors, having previously purchased three of this same type. We are gradually changing the existing doors to the Suffolk Cottage style. This is the first time that we also needed the frame/lining timbers.
They are beautiful doors and make a huge difference. The only problem is that the door is not identical to our original three Suffolk Cottage doors. From a distance it looks similar (I wouldn't say the same). The manufacturing has changed and the vertical 'panels' are slightly wider spaced and don't appear to be separate panels as they are on our earlier doors, which were quite closely butted together. It now appears to be a solid piece of wood with routed vertical grooves, which have a more pronounced gap.
This aspect wouldn't effect anyone buying a single door for the first time or anyone buying several in one go. It does throw up a visual mis-match if, like us, you are are phasing your work.”

Over time, manufacturers can make changes to production methods or tooling, which can result in subtle design variations, even within the same door range. Oak is also a natural product, which means that it can subtly develop some minor visual changes over time, possibly without you noticing.
As you’ve rightly noted, this is unlikely to affect customers' purchasing decisions together, but we completely understand how phased projects can highlight these differences. Your feedback is extremely valuable, and we’ll be sure to pass it on to the manufacturer.
