“Ordered oak skirting board. The wrong skirting board was delivered. Took weeks for the replacement to come. Delivery company said they called and left messages but no missed calls and no VMs. Delivery fee not refunded and now have to store/get rid of the incorrect skirting. Tried to raise concerns with customer services but they weren’t understanding.”

“I love these doors. I am slowly replacing all of the doors in our 200 year old cottage over to rustic oak cottage doors. My only feedback on a slight improvement would be to offer more stain colours. I have chosen medium oak which comes out a little orange for my liking”

“We've just taken delivery of 4 ledge and braced oak doors. This was our second purchase, the first was for 2 doors which we put in a new extension last year. The quality is excellent and they were delivered 4 days after ordering. We were offered a 2 hour delivery slot, which we could have changed and they were delivered on time by some very helpful guys.
