We did have a small hiccup at the start when the delivery dates given weren’t quite right, which caused a bit of a panic, but a quick call to the customer service team cleared it up – they were very helpful in explaining the admin issue. Delivery itself was quick, and the lads who dropped them off were great.

“We've just taken delivery of 4 ledge and braced oak doors. This was our second purchase, the first was for 2 doors which we put in a new extension last year. The quality is excellent and they were delivered 4 days after ordering. We were offered a 2 hour delivery slot, which we could have changed and they were delivered on time by some very helpful guys.
