“Amazing doors – really solid and excellent quality. They’ve only just been fitted, and although I’d planned to leave a review after treating them (with photos), the website prompted me a little earlier than expected.
The company is one I trust. We did have a small hiccup at the start when the delivery dates given weren’t quite right, which caused a bit of a panic, but a quick call to the customer service team cleared it up – they were very helpful in explaining the admin issue. Delivery itself was quick, and the lads who dropped them off were great.
Our carpenter, who’s passionate about wood, commented that these doors will outlast us – which says it all really! I’d highly recommend both the product and the service.”

“Ordered oak skirting board. The wrong skirting board was delivered. Took weeks for the replacement to come. Delivery company said they called and left messages but no missed calls and no VMs. Delivery fee not refunded and now have to store/get rid of the incorrect skirting. Tried to raise concerns with customer services but they weren’t understanding.”

“I love these doors. I am slowly replacing all of the doors in our 200 year old cottage over to rustic oak cottage doors. My only feedback on a slight improvement would be to offer more stain colours. I have chosen medium oak which comes out a little orange for my liking”
