“My en-suite bathroom underfloor heating stopped working after two & a half years of bliss, After contacting Vicky, And then Doug's visit one hour later he found three faults then he partially fixed the floor heating unfortunately damage was coursed, i,e cables overheated and became brittle, This independent investigation by UHF services which i submitted to our builder and they have accepted responsibility so in the end all ends well.Thank you very much Doug and Vicky for all your help this has helped immensely so I wholeheartedly recommend UFH Services for work well done.”

“My ensuite bathroom underfloor heating stopped working. Doug found the fault almost immediately and it was the thermostat which he replaced and then gave me a thorough tutorial on how to use it which I had never had before. So now my ufh is so much more efficient. Thank you so much to Vicki for helping me and handling the arrangements and to Doug and Kirk for the friendly, quick and efficient service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with underfloor heating issues.”

“After our underfloor heating not working. The stress that this caused because the kitchen floor had been completely laid. We thought the whole floor would have to be ripped back up. Doug came today to find and repair the faults and WOW! What workmanship .. 3 faults found - ONLY 3 tiles lifted - no damage done to surrounding tiles - impressed and very happy! It’s working 😁! Thank you again Doug!”

“After consulting two electricians and a plumber, I had resigned myself to replacing the whole bathroom after the electric UFH had failed. UFH Services was the last throw of the dice and boy did they deliver. 90 minutes later the fault had been located and fixed. The whole experience was excellent as was the booking process. I can’t recommend Dougie and the rest of the gang enough. Incredibly grateful.”

“We hadn’t had any issues with our underfloor heating for over 20 years, so when it stopped working, I’d resigned myself to having to pull up all the tiles and start from scratch all over again. However, whilst looking online I found information saying that it was possible to repair underfloor heating. My search started immediately; but I couldn’t find any company or individual that repaired electrical underfloor heating in my locality. I contacted UFH via their webpage on the off chance that they would be able to help, I wasn’t holding out much hope in all honesty. However, within a short space of time I was contacted by Vicky to say that the engineers were actually in my area that day. I was quoted a price and advised as to what the visit from the engineers would entail and by 6pm that day, Doug had visited, identified the particular mat that was causing the issue, replaced the thermostat and got the heating back on. Leaving me with a clear plan of the next step and time to get replacement tiles. I'm so glad that I didn't put off sorting out the floor any longer and that I got in touch with UFH. I found the whole experience both professional and friendly. Thank you, Vicky and Doug.”

“The thought of someone coming round to 'dig up' my living room floor was a little concerning but it couldn't of been further from the truth. Great knowledgeable service throughout from Vicky in the office and Doug the visiting engineer. The service was friendly, tidy, quick, considerate with minimal disruption. Everything including the cost was as advertised and described. I can't recommend UFH highly enough.”

“Excellent service with Doug going out of his way to find and fix the fault. Very professional and the service was exactly what was promised at the cost previously agreed. Terms clearly stated payment on receipt of work completion so that was expected and not a problem. Highly recommended, and thank you.”

“The appointment was made very easily and quickly, and the technician, Doug, was very thorough, finding and repairing more than one fault. We have had a local tiler to make good the tile which had to be removed, and look forward to being able to put the heating on in a week's time after all the cement and grout have dried. Only then will we really know how well things have gone, but are very hopeful.”

“Vicky clearly explained the process prior to our appointment. The remedial work was done with minimum damage to the affected area and our under-floor heating works again. I would recommend UFH Services without hesitation. Worth noting though, that while the Thermosphere lifetime warranty covers the heating mat it does not cover the cost of replacing and relaying tiles once fixed.”

“The engineer Brad was so determined to get things sorted (which he did) and was very pleasant and professional. Very pleased with having underfloor heating after the disappointment of it not working. Brad located the problem very quickly and then fixed it.”

“UFH are a very impressive company. I was advised to contact them when my underfloor heating stopped working and I could not get it resolved by the helpdesk of the Thermostat and a local electrician. While I had to wait for a short period to get an appointment, I was very confident that it would be fixed from both my conversation with Vicky and the information sent from UFH. The engineer was very friendly and came with some advanced equipment to analysis my heat mats. He was very profession and I was provided with a fault report. The issue was a “stuck open” thermostat. He recommended a new thermostat (the system is 9 years old) which had the added bonus of the advances in these thermostats in the last nine years.The engineer gave me a full guide to the new thermostat and gave me good information about underfloor heating that should help me if I get a future problem”

“First contact was with Vicky who was most helpful, explaining what UFH could and could not do. This was followed by a site visit from Brad to survey the underfloor heating, after which a further early visit was fixed to repair the fault. This was done very quickly and efficiently. I was kept informed of progress all the way, and I was most satisfied with UFH's performance. I thought the cost was reasonable.”
