“Excellent service and result! My UFH stopped working and manufacturer recommended UFH Services (along with few other companies). The website and communication over the phone were very clear and reassuring. Despite that I still had doubts and worries about the costs and results but there was absolutely no need for that. Once the visit time was confirmed everything went smoothly - one hour before the visit I received a call to confirm that engineer is on his way, Brad arrived on time, was friendly and very professional, he explained everything, completed repair quickly and left everything tidy. My UFH been on for a couple days now and I'm happy to have lovely warm floor again in time for Christmas. Thanks to UFH Services team!”

“Nice polite guy turned up as expected. He explained what the problem was, checked everything out and after fitting a new thermostat waited to make sure my floor was working as it should. Well worth the money”

“I NEVER write reviews but the service from UFH has been exceptional ! Firstly the clear advertising of the company’s service is amazing. Electric underfloor heating repairs - exactly what I needed and you can tell they are specialists ! The systems (booking emails, confirmations etc ) and general customer service from Vicky were also fantastic so I had high hopes before our engineer visit. We were not disappointed Brad was brilliant, super friendly, efficient and very, very tidy ! SO IMPRESSED. If you have a problem with your electric underfloor heating, don’t bother looking elsewhere, these guys will sort it !”

“Everything about UFH's handling of our job was perfection. The lady who took the order was friendly while inspiring confidence. The engineer who arrived for the work, Doug, was super-efficient and highly professional. Also happy to provide a voice-over as he went about fixing our (quite serious) problem in front of us. Hard to imagine many other firms in the country coping anything like as well. We were delighted to see all restored before he left us. Well done, UFH. Good job!”

“Great company. My installer cut through the wires. Ufh identified the cut cables under my tiles and fixed it. Great service. Installer was extremely informative and kept site clean”

“The quoted correctly. They took time to explain how they work and the technology which I'm new to as it came with my new house. The technician was polite, extremely knowledgable, gave excellent customer service and was punctual. All costs where up front. All budgets where catered for. I was really impressed.”

“Doug visited early morning , diagnosed the problem with our UFH and had the system up and running within half an hour . He is a fine ambassador for UFH services . I was also very impressed by Vicky who handled the process of booking an appointment with cheerful , cordial efficiency. Would that all organisations had such helpful and knowledgable staff . Thank you , Herman Scopes.”

“Having been told by an electrician our UHF was damaged and un-repairable I had given up hope that it would work again without having to rip up the whole tiled floor and re-do the lot. How wrong was he! Amazing service from start to finish by UFH Services and we now have working UFH again. Thanks again for the awesome service”

“Vicky and the team provided the most effective service and after sales care. Our UFH had packed up but UHF Services diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and effectively. Their comms about when they would turn up were A1 which made planning for their visit much easier. If I had a UFH problem in future I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again.”

“UFH Services were brilliant from start to finish. I didn't know if electric underfloor heating could be fixed. I found UFH on internet search and made enquiry. I got a phone from Vicky within the hour who explained how their service worked. A very simple form later and things progressed rapidly, and Doug booked in to carry out repair. Things went exactly as described, in fact Doug called as he was ahead of schedule. Doug had the gear to pin point the fault exactly, and with the loss of just one tile, fault was fixed and repair tested with a thermal image to see it working again. Pricing was clearly given upfront and although not cheap was worthy of the outcome. Bill settled over the phone with extra £25 for new temperature probe. Received a detailed report with photos detailing the fault, repair and testing. All in all very happy and would recommend UFH”

“First contact with Vicki was very reassuring, who gave us confidence to go ahead with the repair. Brad was very efficient polite and helpful and quickly found the problem caused by an installation fault. This was fixed with the minimum amount of fuss and disruption. Everything was left clean and tidy with the added bonus that all that is now necessary is a thin layer of tile cement and the replacement of one tile. A much better result than having the entire kitchen dug up, which many the 'advisors' we contacted were suggesting was necessary. There was an additional charge because the mat was buried under 4 inches of screed but that did entail extra effort to fix the repair. Thoroughly recommend - I think any scepticism that the technique used by UHF 'won't work' is very likely to be unfounded.”

“From the first phon-call, Vicky was helpful, reassuring and clear about the process and cost. I've had lots of bad experiences with work being done around the house / builders in general and UFH provided an object lesson in how things should be done. Brad arrived on time and was a pleasure to have around. The work was done efficiently and went along exactly as Vicky had described. Amazing stuff.”

“New Bathroom just finished with one problem. Under Floor Heating didn’t work even though it was tested before the tiles were laid. Brad from UFH services found the fault in quick time, removed a tile and repaired the fault, excellent. A real craftsman, highly skilled and a very professional repair. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.”
