“Excellent. They came on the appointed day. Engineers were efficient , friendly and professional. Visit was well co ordinated by Vicky. A good service which I wish I had discovered earlier. Before finding them, I had spent months of wasted effort waiting on quotes from others who either declined the job or didn't turn up.”

“Problem identified and fixed quickly and efficiently. Both individuals were knowledgeable, polite and quite entertaining. “What can I say..... The best customer service I have had in a long time, from the moment I called Ufh services for some advice on my broken heating I was impressed. I had previously struggled to find a company who could find out what the problem was but Ufh services ensured me they would be able to fix the problem and they did. I initially telephoned for some advice and after sending photos by emailto arrange a diagnostic test to be carried out, I was pleasantly surprised that they could do such a thing but not only that it was arranged to be done the very same day. The guys who came to carry out the test had been working up north all week and being Thursday afternoon were on their last job and on their way home, they detoured to my address to fit me in. On arrival they were friendly and polite, they got to work straight away and discovered the problem within minutes. They discussed with me the ease of the job and when I asked if they could fit me in to fix the problem as soon as, they went out of their way to stay and fix the problem there and then. The worked quickly and tidied up after themselves. I would highly recommend the company to anyone. Thanks guys!!”

“The underfloor heating had not worked since before I moved in 4 years ago. The two engineers quickly assessed the system and informed me that it was beyond economical repair. They then gave me advice about an appropriate new system. I am extremely grateful for their honesty and helpful advice and would have no hesitation in recommending them and the company.”

“Was very impressed with the services of ufhservices ltd. Vicky in the office was very efficient and the two engineers who arrived well before their appointed time of 7.0am did an excellent job of finding and repairing my underfloor heating fault. They were very pleasant, clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm. Thank you ufh. June Waddingham”

“I have had two visits to resolve our underfloor heating problems in our open plan kitchen and living area. On the first visit they successfully identified the problem areas and fixed two of them. Unfortunately the third was under a fixed kitchen cabinet but a second visit was set up and this has been resolved. The engineers were punctual and in good humour on both visits and do not stop until they have identified the issue and then do their utmost to resolve them. In addition to this Vicky at their HQ is very efficient and always responds within the given timescales. Overall very happy and a relief to find that such a company with this expertise and service level exists.”

“Doug &brad--arrived early -which was absolutely wonderful-so often people are late or don't even turn up at all -I went out & invited them in- they repaired 2 situations without the need to lift any tiles-they explained what they were doing every step of the way-the were so very professional -they worked quickly & efficiently with a most pleasing manner- -vicki welcomed us to the co.& made all the arrangements in a most friendly manner -I cannot recommend the services of this co.highly enough-10 out of 10 is not a high enough score KEITH & MARLANNE ANDREWS”

“The underfloor heating in our completely refurbished bathroom hasn't worked since the tiles were laid. UFH Services were contacted by our electrician who was unable to find the problem. We had to wait quite a while for them to come but that's our fault for living in the back of beyond! They actually came on a Sunday to fit us in. Very efficient, pleasant and professional with some impressive kit. Needed to lift a couple of tiles to fix a couple of breaks but we d tidyare assured our heating now works. Unbelievably clean and tidy - they left my bathroom cleaner than they found it.”

“Very professional service all round, starting with the office. The chaps who came knew what they were doing, had first rate kit, fixed the problem and were very neat and tidy. I had a new thermostat fitted which sadly needed a new floor probe but they did it so well I had a second one done too whilst they were on site. Not cheap though, but well worth it.”

“Celia jupp west wickham Excellent service. Underfloor Heating had not worked since being installed in new ensuite, had problems getting the electrician to do anything but when these people were contacted they came within an hour due to a cancellation. They located the fault, removed a tile , repaired the wiring and cleaned and left all within 1 and a half hours. Have now to get the builder to relay the tile but I am assured it will now work.”

“WE WERE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT OUR UNDERFLOOR HEATING IN OUR CONSERVATORY. IT WAS OBVIOUS TO US THAT THE HEATING WAS NOT PERFORMING PROPERLY. WE CONTACTED UFH SERVICES LIMITED TO ARRANGE FOR A CHECK. HAVING NEVER DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY BEFORE WE DID WORRY AS TO THEIR EXPERIENCE AND FRANKLY TRUSTWORTHINESS. THE PROMPT SERVICE WE RECEIVED WAS FANTASTIC. THE PROBLEM WAS IDENTIFIED WITHIN AN HOUR AND A REPLACEMENT WAS INSTALLED THERE AND THEN. THE ENGINEERS PROVIDED US WITH CLEAR OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS AND WE HOPE THAT OUR PROBLEM IS RESOLVED. I SHOULD ALSO ADD THAT THE TWO ENGINEERS EVEN REMOVED THEIR SHOES BEFORE THEY ENTERED OUT HOUSE... NICE ATTENTION TO DETAIL. ON OUR EXPERIENCE SO FAR I WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO OTHERS. IT WAS MADE CLEAR TO US THAT IF ANY PROBLEMS OCCUR WE SHOULD GET BACK TO THEM STRAIGHT AWAY.”

“Five star service from beginning to end. Vicky, the boss in the office, is impressive on the phone, up to speed with everything, and clearly has the respect of the two excellent engineers (Doug and Brad) who arrived on time, were a pleasure to have in the house, and refused to give up until they'd fixed my difficult UFH problem. The online reviews are so good I'd assumed the company wrote them. Not so - they are all true. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to everyone.”

“Very, very professional. The lady in the office was very polite and helpful from the outset, took all my details and made a date for the works, they phoned a day later to say they had a cancellation for a few days time would I like it ! They said the engineer would be at Cambridge at 7.30 am from Kent, rest assured 7.30am on the dot, there he was. The fault took a little while to find even using their state of the art thermal imaging equipment but the engineer kept reassuring me he would find it and once he had found it, it really didn't take long to repair, he cleaned up as he went along and left the place spotless, I really couldn't ask for more. All round great service, many thanks.”

“Excellent service - found the fault first time, broke a tile and repaired the mat and cleaned up behind themselves. Also were able to advise on how to lay a replacement tile (I've never done this before) which was very useful! Whilst I hope to never need to use them again, I wouldn't hesitate if I had to.”
