“When our UF heating failed I was horrified as to how to proceed. An electrician confirmed that it was an issue somewhere under the tiled floor - conservatory. I was thinking this is going to be 000's to either dig up or have a new floor. Then I found UFH and they were confident they would find the issue and repair it. Leaving me with one or two tiles that would need to be replaced. Since we were a little remote it was a while before an appointment could be made. But an appointment did come and although I was away after getting UFH entry he handled the issue just getting on and finding the issue, making the repair and testing. We are very very pleased and recommend their service. Communication was excellent throughout - email, telephone, WhatsApp video. Afterwards a full report with pictures and detailing the fault and how it was repaired and tested. I attach just one of 13 photos. So happy I found UFH.”

“UFH are the best - highly recommended. We've suffered without underfloor heating for a while as we didn't know about this company. When our electrician suggested we call them we waited for quite a while as we were worried about the potential damage to our relatively newly tiled marble floor. I just wished we had called them sooner - arrived on time and had located a faulty wire very quickly. One tile taken up very neatly and the wire professionally mended. Just need to replace one tile and we have our underfloor heating back! Don't wait like we did and put up unnecessarily with cold floors - give them a call. Vicky was really efficient with the whole booking process and explained what would happen on site etc. Really professional company.”

“A top class service across the whole team. Great communication with Vicky who kept us updated throughout. Brad who came & diagnosed the problem immediately with little disruption and finally Doug who fixed the problem & then found an additional fault which he also fixed. Very effective service providing a service that no-one else could. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating and would highly recommend”

“I called up UFH and discussed the issue with my Devi Touch thermostat displaying an error message "overheated". Vicky kindly talked through possible issues as well as what an engineer callout with cover and what the next steps would be. Vicky also suggested some pre-checks I could do before an engineer came out and one of those checks would be checking the back plate and perhaps even swapping it with one of another room to see if that would still give the error message. Upon removing the backplate I noticed one of connectors had burnt out (see image) and melted the plastic and there was a noticeable burnt smell too. Clearly this was the issue. I swapped it out with one from another room and its working as expected again. I just need to purchase another devi touch thermostat to replace the damaged one. This saved me an engineer callout. Thank you Vicky for your help. 10 out of 10! This just shows that a simple phonecall can sometimes provide the help you need. Note : While I am not an electrician I was able to do this myself but would recommend using an experienced electrician when it comes to electrical wiring unless you're confident in doing this yourself.”

“Very friendly efficient service from start to finish. Vicky told me exactly what to expect, and the engineer (Doug) did exactly what she said. It took him about an hour to complete the job. He managed to remove just one tile and left the room very clean and tidy. If only more companies would be so good. Thank you.”

“Very efficient service. Vicky explained what would happen on the day. The engineer found the fault and repaired it in less than an hour. Only 1 tile lifted. Worth the wait to get a professional job done. Nice and warm again. Would certainly recommend.”

“The engineer Duggie arrived as stated I found Duggie to be very helpful and polite He was very knowledgeable and professional They found 2 faults and repaired I would certainly highly recommend UFH to anyone and certainly they would be my first call if I was unfortunate to have a issue again with my underfloor heating”

“If you've got a problem with your underfloor heating, then UFH is the company to fix it. Everyone at UFH was knowledgeable. professional and friendly. Our floor failed after 2 years, the manufacturer contacted UFH. We were really worried the whole bathroom would need to come out. However after talking to Vicky at UFH, I felt very confident that the problem could be fix with minimal disruption or damage. Vicky talked me through the whole process, explaining everything from costs to what would happen on the day. Doug was our engineer, who arrived on time and found and fixed the fault within 2 hours. He then showed us what the problem was, and also showed us the floor fully working again. We were fortunate and only lost one tile.”

“What a professional company to deal with. Part of my electric underfloor heating had stopped working and fearing the worst - vinyl tiles up and total replacement mat, I was given the name of this company. From the first contact until the issue resolved they were extremely professional. The engineer assured me that he would find the fault and he did. Only two tiles were removed and the repair was quick. First class!”

“Engineer arrived on time exactly as promised. Found a fault and rectified it. Found a second fault and rectified that too with minimum disruption to the floor under the circumstances. Very pleased with the results and a really nice company to deal with from booking though problem solving and payment (exactly as quoted). I would definitely use them again - don’t be put of by the fact that they are not local. In summary a great service by really nice people.”
