“Great service from start to finish. Vicky was super helpful when making the booking. Doug and Jayden turned up and were super friendly. Luckily it was just the thermostat that needed replacing. They had one on the van so it was replaced and fixed within an hour of them arriving. Would highly recommend.”

“Brad undertook the survey which highlighted an issue. Doug fixed it as promised (handy phone call to say he was stuck in traffic initially). Work done in clean and tidy manner. Vicky in the office super efficient and lovely to deal with. Great service.”

“Excellent company to deal with from the start. Vicky was extremely helpful and reassuring on the first phone call and an engineer arrived exactly when promised. Doug was friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the problem with our underfloor heating installation within minutes and was able to fix it straight away, leaving our room clean and tidy. I wouldn‘t hesitate to recommend UFH Services and would certainly use them again in the future.”

“Having been told underfloor heating couldn’t be repaired I was really pleased to find UFH. Vicky explained how they worked ( different areas of country at different times of month) so I needed to wait until next time they were in my area. Vicky advised me of 3 hour slot for appointment and said I would get a call an hour before arrival. All worked well,the fault was found and repaired in a couple of hours. I was talked through the whole procedure and having had to replace timer was given tutorial in how to use it. The bathroom was left clean and tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate in using again.”

“Arrived on time, found the problem and fixed what seemed to be an impossible situation. As an electrician myself, I spent 2 days trying to locate the problem, lifting areas that I thought would be the area causing the tripping fault, to no avail leaving me with a bigger repair than needed. I will definitely be using UFH Service again should I ever need to, the office support from Vicky and the work carried out by the engineer was extremely impressive. If you have an issue with your electric underfloor heating, call these guys first. A lesson learnt from me. Thank you.”
