“Cannot praise Doug & Jason (sorry, hope I've got the names right) enough. Excellent work to sort out our tricky and erratic underfloor heating in the conservatory and to find the fault. Very clean work, they managed to take the skirting board off and put it back on and to bury the cable in the grouting without me even noticing it:)))! Pure magic!!! Lovely to have a warm floor again and to save money with our new thermostat. Thank you!!!!!”

“Outstanding service from start to finish. The team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and completely reliable throughout the whole process. Their expertise in locating electric faults was truly impressive — they were able to pinpoint the problem precisely, meaning only a single tile had to be removed rather than lifting the entire floor. This saved a huge amount of disruption and cost. They worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and took great care to leave the area spotless afterwards. It’s rare to find such a combination of skill, honesty, and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing underfloor heating repairs — a genuinely first-class service.”

“Fantastic service, they were very friendly and professional, they found the fault quickly and explained our options, fixed it with minimal mess and showed that it was all working again. They even went the extra mile to ensure the heating could be used as soon as possible and that retiling would be as easy as possible too. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone else too.”

“Whole process was very quick and easy to arrange. Fault was located and repaired with minimal disruption. Saves a lot of money when compared to replacing the whole electric mat and floor finish.”

“I had such a broken underfloor after a water pipe leak. Several firms told me it was unfixable however UFH were amazing and both the office staff who helped to organise and explain and the guys who came to do the work. They were efficient, tidy and friendly. Five stars, excellent team!”
