Do not sign up this company. They do not provide contact phone and will not provide SEO website as they mentioned in their website. They charged me but they do not work on my website. When I asked the refund they ignored. Do not do the same mistake!!!

Very dishonest.said id pull up on google for towing.after I paid then they said no you have to pay for something else.Not what we was promised in the beginning.

We are still waiting for responses regarding issues outstanding continuously since registering with UENI. We still cannot access our emails: We still cannot access our web site to edit. I have received codes from Sergio, but it does not work. When attempting to access the web site I am getting 500: Internal Server Error. This is really not good enough. Our new business is not able to commence trading properly without emails and a web site. No one is getting back to me. And I cannot actually speak with anyone. Only via Video calls which is not too helpful as the people at UENI just 'talk' .

once you create a website with UENI it's virtually impossible to delete it after creating a new one, it keeps showing up in Google searches,There is no option on the website builder to do delete the website. I created a new website elsewhere because I needed more tools and functionalies on my website because UENI got Very Basic tools (it's only great if you only need basic functionalities on a website)

Absolutely horrible, zero existence of customer service. Overpriced, with very limited tools massive upsale emails all week long with no one to answer simple questions. On top of that no way to transfer the domain you pay for. This is for anyone who does not understand how websites work and does not mind getting completely robbed. Negative 1star. Dog turds..

Take your money after you have cancelled then tell you they have found it and will sort out the money they stole because it was theft. And months later still no refund as promised very very untrustworthy. Avoid

The whole system is made far more complicated than it needs to be . The set up of my website was a fiasco , the write up was a mess and made no sense, several times I had to contact in order to fix it as initially I couldn’t edit it . It didn’t look at all professional and I wasn’t happy with my business being promoted on such a way . There’s much improvement to be made to ueni

I created an email address as a trial, I now do not use the email address because I created a domain with Google. I have asked them to remove the email address I created within my trial period of the service. They're telling me no and now I'm not getting emails off of clients because both the uenimail and my Google domain are the same and I'm not wasting money on my Google domain.

Simply not enough features, it seems all cool because they do most of the work for you, but when you realize how much you can’t do with the site it’s not worth it.

Absolutely no support, customer service seems non existent. My site was published without my permission and I hate the images and content has nothing to do with my business or brand. I would like the site and my information take offline.

ueni customer service is totally useless I have been wailing since 7/2/20 to sort out my GMB acc as I have told you I have my own GMB that needs linking to my website. It is simple to do just ask me for joint joint ownership of my GMB. But all I get is some one will be in touch with you soon if I new now how bad ueni is i would have gone with wix
