“UENI is a simple way to put your business in front of your customers quickly. All I had to do was answer a few questions and make my social media available to them, and they quickly designed a website that I am very pleased with. Because I am a very small business, I could not make a bulk payment in advance, so UENI broke gave me a monthly payment option, in which I am very grateful for!”

“The customer support is great. It is truly easy to use and if you get the upgraded help to make your website a seller your opportunities for sales will surely increase. I personally still get caught up in the details of what I want vs what I can have and a one-pager is only useful for so much.”

“There is very little to fault the UENI team as they are responsive and helpful.. I do find the web creator is fairly restrictive for my use as I need to provide 360 viewings to promote my business.”

“Easy to use and set up webpage system for a reasonable price. There have been a few issues such as I am supposed to have 2 email addresses but the other one has never been finalized by them. I also accidentally added a webpage to link as I misread the step but there is no way once it was added to remove it so I get emails about finishing it when a simple cancel or delete button would make it easier. I do recommend them though as it is a good service for smaller customers like myself.”

“The site is reasonably priced, flexible and easy to use. The only drawback is that less options are now available unless you move to the pro package which is disappointing. As a new business it is difficult to spend as much on my website so it would be great to have more options available.”

“I like the company because it is customer focused. They began by offering me a free website with VIP preferences then later added their charges after a suitable time of trialling. They made a slight mistake which they quickly rectified and are constantly improving. They keep in contact and always update you on what is happening. When there was a problem with my card payment, they contacted me and gave me time to make it right. I would recommend them.”

“Created a great website for my garden nursery , connected it to google maps and trip advisor. Only problem I have is they put our nursery in the wrong location and any potential customers can’t find us. Have contacted UENi about this and was told it would be fixed , but is still the same . Bought the domain and paid for it but refuse to go any further with the website till they sort the things that they said they would. Now getting loads of emails from them trying to sell updates , but why update a website that can’t direct your customers to your business?????”
