“Unfortunately you guys are not responding to email nor picking up the phone!! I have placed an order with you over 3 weeks ago , needless to say it hasn’t arrived, nor am I able to get any service from you ! Its a disgrace, honestly very disappointed My purchase was fir over 100£ I will now cancel the payment abd I will never buy from you again I hope thus review will be published, and it will nit disappear as you have !!! Very unreliable”

“Direct Beautique sent the wrong colour masacara It went out of stock on their website as soon as the item was ordered, so I thought I had got the last one. Obviously their stock control was inaccurate and one was not available for my order. They did Did not even contact me to tell me they were out of stock so I could amend / cancel my order. They just sent a different colour. now it's to late to do anything about it. Zero Customer Service, absolutely no concern for their customers, and somewhat fraudulent under contract law.”

“I placed a order with them received an e-mail stating all had gone though & payment as well, I then had a e-mail which stated that they was giving me a refund of my order with no explanation. I have telephoned and email for the last three days without success. would not use this company.”
