Overpriced, tried to cancel the order when I realised the price was only for one but they said it was too late even though i cancelled within seconds of ordering!

Haven’t a clue who you are or what I purchased from you. So my advice is when asking for feedback or reviews it would be a good idea to remind the buyer of what they bought!!

Perfume arrived and I left ebay feedback before using the perfume. Once opened the stopper is leaking. I have to bin it as I can't put it back in the mail in this state. Very unhappy with this product - a waste of money!

Wrong item sent, not even the same brand that had been ordered, but the refund was quick once a case was opened

Ordered two bottles of perfume, first delivered quickly, and very pleased, second bottle not received, and no communication as to why. On checking credit card, find its been refunded, a week after it was supposed to be despatched - and now out of stock on website. Contact phone number is not active is, and help email address is not valid. Customer service needs to improve to get repeat business I would suggest; and if it's not in stock don't allow the sale on the website!!

I ordered a bottle of Ferrari Aftershave, and after waiting over the allotted time period, the bottle never showed up. Have been refunded, but not impressed!.

Purchased some make up for my wife on 19/08/19 and money taken from bank. Received notification of dispatch on the 20/08/19. As at the 28/08/19 still not received the goods so emailed Direct Beautique. Never received a reply but strangely enough money was refunded that evening. To-date we have never received any explanation from them as to why they did not supply the goods, despite their website saying the make up was in stock.

Items were delivered late, feedback regarding status of order was very poor I had to do a lot of chasing up myself. I feel the order was processed without the items being in stock. Products were fine once they arrived.

Delivery way outside the quoted 3-5 days, despite an email on the day after order accepted AND PAYMENT TAKEN saying it was being dispatched. Impossible to contact via given phone number, and ignoring emails Shocking customer service

The body lotion I received was not the item pictured in the ad. The one shown has sparkle,which is no longer available to buy in shops,that's why i ordered it. .I would have liked to return it but didn't want the bother. Although I sent a message explaining this, I got no response. I hoped to get an offer of them sending me the correct product.

Why did you say you were sending my order out and you knew that was not the case, I gave you the opportunity to resend and you knew you did not have the stock Now i missed giving my wife a present for xmas my refund came to late as had to rush around to look for another present that would go with my other present i had bought my wife

Would not buy this perfume again from you as I've always brought knowing this does not last like other bottles and smells different. Not at all happy with my purchase.

The order was cancelled... Even though I got full refund however I had to make a panic buy and ended paying much more than anticipated...

Ordered 3 items via eBay on 3 separate days. The listings stated postage would be via Royal Mail 2nd class within 1 working day & the status for all 3 items was indeed updated to 'shipped' within this time period. It was also stated that delivery (as you would expect for RM 2nd class) would be within 3-5 days. When I'd received nothing after more than a week I contacted them & to my astonishment NONE of these items had in fact been sent on the day stated OR indeed by Royal Mail. I then had to wait in on separate as the items were then sent via Hermes ! So in summary, all 3 items arrived much, much later than advised, via a different carrier AND only after I had to chase up all 3 orders .... Reading other poor feedback o eBay I see that I'm not the only customer to have suffered with poor service ... Never again !

Ordered perfume and got email to advise item was shipped. Emailed several times for tracking info. Phoned several times but couldn't get through. Had to open a case in eBay to get a response. Wouldn't order from them again. Need to improve their customer services

I was under the impression I was buying the older Yardley Soaps, as per picture on web site, but received the newer soaps, and delivery was slow.

Still waiting for delivery - now in day 6 after placing order. No-one answering the enquiries phone. Tried several times today. I don't expect an answer by Email... not impressed.

Ordered a product 30th October 15 for a Birthday gift, however it took until 13th November 15 to arrive (14 working days unlike the specified 3-5). I would advise ordering well in advance or choosing another supplier for goods. The support I received was rather lack lustre, being told 'May have got delayed, should be with you by Thurs' but actually arrived on the Friday. I wasn't advised of the long wait and the response I received when I advised I wasn't happy was 'very sorry it’s just that the xmas rush has seemed to have started early this year and caught us of guard'. Hmmm, helpful. Not.
