“Wrong item delivered, no reply to e-mails and phone doesn't work. I've called my bank and if paid on a debit or credit card they can do a chargeback so anyone else let down should contact their bank and do the same.”

“I ve made an order on the 22nd of December. The status today 06th of January is still in "Dispatched status". I have also contacted the company but I have not received any news yet. Ignored three emails and wont answer phone - so annoyed!”

“A month down the line and over a dozen emails sent chasing this issue up, I still haven’t received a refund for my item that wasn’t as described. Avoid at all costs.”

“Hello. Where is my order WEB595727 that was paid for more than 20 days ago and we never received it - in addition to that you provided a false tracking number that does not show any movement since the 8th of December. Provide a valid proof of delivery or refund our money immediately or we will report your company's fraud to the Police and we will open a chargeback with our Credit Card. Regards”

“Ordered perfume at the end of March 2022. My payment went through with confirmation of despatch .... but it never arrived! They haven't replied to emails asking where my order is. The phone never connects. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. HAVE SINCE REPORTED THEM TO ACTION FRAUD AND HAVE A CRIME NUMBER. I STRONGLY URGE ALL THAT FIND THEMSELVES IN THE SAME SITUATION TO ALSO REPORT THEM TO ACTION FRAUD.”

“No item arrived. Been told constantly they won't help me. All they keep saying is blame royal mail. Royal. Mail don't have my money. They do. I have nothing to show for it. Do not expect any customer service or help. All they will do is say royal mail continuously. Worst company I have ever dealt with personally”
